Step 1. Complete and submit Licensure Application with supporting documentation and fees to PCS.

Step 2. PCS reviews application and supporting documentation to determine eligibility. Note: Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process your application once all documents are received.
PCS will notify applicant if there are any deficiencies.
PCS will notify Prometric Testing Service of approved applicants for the Part III/PMLexus examination if this licensure requirement has not been met. If this requirement has been met then please go to step 4 below.
Step 3. Prometric Testing Service will notify approved applicant of procedure to take the Part III/PMLexus examination.
Step 4. After successfully completing the Part III/PMLexis, PCS will notify eligible applicant of approval to take the jurisprudence examination.
Step 5. Eligible applicant schedules examination with PSI.
Step 6. Scheduled applicant takes the jurisprudence examination.
Step 7. PCS emails jurisprudence scores to examinees within 3 business days of receipt of scoring information from PSI.
Successful examinees will be sent into CORI Background Check Review.
Successful examinees will receive instructions for license fee payment.
Unsuccessful examinee will receive re-exam instructions.
Step 8. Successful examinee pays the license fee either by phone or mail to PCS.
Step 9. Once CORI Approval received, Examinee will receive instructions to pay the licensure fee.
Applicants who have successfully completed the jurisprudence examination and CORI background check will receive instructions on how to pay their licensing fee.
License numbers will be posted to the Board's website after all requirements have been met.
The Board will send an email with instructions on downloading your license wallet card and wall certificate.
