February 28, 2013 - Nashville, Tennessee - PCS is very pleased to announce that, effective March 1, 2013, Ms. Andrea Bledsoe will assume the position of Chief Customer and Compliance Officer.  Customer Care and Contract Compliance are just two areas within PCS that we believe are among the most critical and important in order to provide our customers with the very best service.  Thus, we have created a position that specifically focuses on these areas and we believe that Andrea is uniquely suited to fulfill these responsibilities.  Previously, Andrea held the title of Executive Vice President and was charged with oversight of Sales and Marketing efforts at PCS.  In addition to her new responsibilities, she will, of course, always and continuously seek to attain new business for PCS.  Andrea will work to ensure that PCS remains in strict compliance with all contractual obligations, perform internal audits, facilitate new employee orientations regarding company culture and the criticality of exceptional customer service, and a host of other key initiatives designed to both take advantage of Andrea's extensive industry and corporate knowledge, and to ensure our customers are receiving the very best customer care.
