November 30, 2011 - Nashville, TN - Professional Credential Services, Inc. (PCS) today announced the scheduled launch of a newly revised/refreshed website set to debut on December 1, 2011.  In this initial phase, visitors, customers and candidates can expect to see an entirely new "face" when visiting www.pcshq.com.  PCS' new website will reflect the values of the organization and, appropriately, features the skyline of PCS office’s headquarters located in Nashville, Tennessee.  Additionally, visitors to the PCS website will find a user-friendly layout, intuitive links and a wealth of valuable information.

The next phase, due late first quarter 2012, will reveal wholesale changes to the processes "behind" the PCS website.  Users of the new PCS website will find all-new, intuitive input, tracking and reporting screens.  A major goal of both website revisions is to make the PCS website much more user-friendly and to enhance the experience of PCS customers and candidates.
